Help: Is it lottery softwares companies or is it a hacker...
Blue is the default font color that Microsoft Outlook uses when you respond to an email. Every company I've ever worked for uses Microsoft Outlook and all responses are made in blue font (unless the user changes it).

Creating a lottery e-book that doesn't look like a scam, and is USEFUL.
Sorry, that's not true. Most people go with Microsoft Office because it is universally used., therefore easier to incorporate outside info and use interoffice, intercorporate, and worldwide. The free alternatives promise seemless intergration, but in reality don't deliver. For example try flipping and Microsoft Excel program into OpenOffice Calc and you get a mess. The creaters are geniuses, but they fail to realize what the world demands... Simplicity!

For the programmers on this board
I woudl personally recommend the Microsoft .NET languages -- VB.NET and C#. Microsoft is giving away Visual Studio Express Edition for free, which even includes a free version of the SQL Server 2005 database. If someone is going to try to start programming, I would heartily recommend Visual Basic (VB.NET).

Emma Lou v1.0 (Pick 4)
The latest free unzip utility I've seen is camunzip. Do a search on camunzip and you'll find the webpage. Microsoft Office has a built in unzip utility sounds like you don't have Microsoft Office.

Vista is the successor to Windows XP, and is a mainstream desktop operating system. So it will be used by every type of user. SQL Server 2005, and other new server products that Microsoft is coming out with in November are solely used by developers and systems engineers. Microsoft also has a new version of Windows Server 2003 coming out I believe late next year, and they have yet to give that server product a name. That will also be strictly a developer and systems engineer product.

California Lottery fixes major problem with Derby game
NOOOO!!!!! It has absolutely 100% NOTHING to do with Microsoft! Microsoft has nothing to do with someone programming the Derby game whatsoever. It is very important not to introduce an unrelated element in the argument, because people will use it to try to get rid of their fault.

Rich Text Box for other browsers ...
Mana,The rich text editor started out as a Microsoft invention. It is possible that other browsers have emulated the Microsoft invention in their latest browsers. If I find that is true, I'll enable it for them as well, but I have to test each browser to find out.
