The Connecticut Lottery announced Thursday that Frank Suarez, the former Executive Director of the DC Office of Lottery and Gaming, was appointed as the new permanent President and CEO of the Connecticut Lottery Corporation (CLC).

I agree somewhat to disagree in regards to the RNG Draw Games.
I agree that the MI Lottery needs to cover operations for security reasons.
First of all in my opinion, what I had brought up has nothing to do with Pick 3 or Pick 4 games. Those games are televised every day. RNG Pick 5 and Pick 6 games are not.
The rules again simply state... the Lottery Officials (LO's) can eliminate a certain number or a combination of numbers at any time, without notice.
