Bug identified, with work-around
E-mail addresses are generally caught by the spam filter, because that's how many spammers communicate and get new people to give them money. The spam filter is a computer program that quickly and automatically scans anything entered at Lottery Post (forums, PMs, signatures, blogs, etc.) and looks for spam. It's something that's supposed to happen, unlike what I'm reporting here.

New option to report private messages
There is a new option added to all private messages that will allow you to report a message as spam.
Lately there have been people using both blogs and private messages to spam people and send advertisements, and this is another tool to help you all get rid of the spammers. I will be adding a similar feature to blogs in the near future.

Must I have to deal with spam even on Lottery Post?

If you see a spam forum post, click the Report Abuse link on the message, but do NOT post a reply. Replying only bumps the post to the top again. If you get a private message, click the Reply button, and then put Todd in the To box (instead of the spammer's name), which will send it to me. Do NOT reply to the spammer, because that only makes him think that he/she ha

Beware Lottery Scam!
Just invest $70 a year and get a good security system (I use Norton's) that automately updates warfare for new viruses, spyware and spam and disables all pictures in e-mails, scan all incoming and outgoing e-mails and set up an automated scan once a week and when new viruses are created everyday it automately update the defense.
You can use the computer and do other stuff while it is scanning. It set the rules for all programs on your computer and it prohibits everything that try to access
