Consecutive series is how. It's in LotsoftPro. You just need to figure out a way to group the digits/pairs/triples down into single digit groups , and then run consecutive series strings from that. Then you essentially have, if we do 3 digit string, 3 numbers, or 1 in 3 chance of hitting that 100 if I'm understanding your question right. Obviously nothing is 100% when it comes to randomness of lottery....but it's pretty dam consistent. For example, 0 - 9, you can break pairs down into SLD:

possible to clarify abit on this part?.. Use the LP Inspector tool as analyzer, preferable the Sum Paramter(frequence set based) frequency as in tracking sums and identifying due sums? Do you believe in targetting sums that have hit recently or could be deemed hot ?
