Being required to show up in person at a state lottery office with a ticket what has won millions reminds me of John Wick 4 when he had to show up to a challenge on top of a hill. He had to fight his way up the staircase because people knew where he was going and why he was there. It seems unsafe knowing that the people that go to a state lottery office become targets. You've hit the nail this time Garyo !! I was just thinking of Win D in response to Screaming Midge's post. I track and do pretty much pencil and paper with the 3-4 rundown as base. I've found it interesting looking at the scenario of 0,1 and 8,9. Tracking the history of any state proves it's validity. It even holds in mid to mid and eve to eve if that's how you play. The idea of targets is not new. It's all through LP. I have automated the 3-4 a little bit and I do copy and paste more.

Thanks Bran... I started watching Targets for Pick3 and got off track for what I was doing back in July August. The Shortsum Vtrac is still a good game, but lately the method has been off course and I am trying to find the answer why. That led me to Targets for Pick3... more study... Part of my theory is that if any Root sums, sums, Shortsums, etc.., go over 4 days without a hit, then wait til 7 days out. then play for next 5 days. Usually hits by 12 days out.
