Considering all the issues with lottery draws, regardless of whether they're intentional or not, players need to be aware and wager accordingly. Someone giving you alleged future winning numbers is meaningless since in reality, no one will ever know what numbers will win unless there is Eddie Tipton type fraud. If you play numbers someone gives you and you buy the ticket with no promises, the $ is yours. No one can claim a set of numbers belonged to them alone. And as Brock Lee said, no fraud.
