About those NC Digital Online Games...What's the verdict?
I asked the search engine about NC digital instant games and what money they take in vs what money they pay out. So...why you think lottery officials pre-test if the numbers suppose to be random to begin with? And I already debated and established that it has nothing to do with making sure the machine working properly. I've given this some thought. They really don't need to run any pre-tests. So, you admit there's the possibility of seeing patterns and sequences where numbers events repeat themselves because it's generated in a containment of space and time? Been there Done a bunch of that. Every Filter divides the set of combinations into Groups. 1 Filter divides the set into 2 groups. Those that match and those that don't.
