Texas is anonymous. That winner in 2004 was before Texas was anonymous, but it didn't matter with that win. The claimant was probably an organization claiming for the real winner.

I have been somewhat regretful about the star ratings not being anonymous because it has become less of a spontaneous true feeling about a topic and more about keeping everyone in line. Very few ratings are 2, 3, and 4 stars. If someone dislikes something it's normally a complete negative of 1 star. If they like something it's a complete positive of 5 stars. So my thinking with this latest feature is just keep it to like/dislike, completely anonymous, and a single like/dislike does not drastical
