Best way to buy?
My NY group needs about 20 scratch off tickets of $10 each value as prizes for an upcoming event. Is it better to buy 20 of one $10 type in a consecutive strip of tickets, buy 20 $10 tickets from different locations or buy 2 whole packs of $1 tickets and give each person 10 $1 tickets as a prize? Would any strategy work better at having winners?

Not true. Odds are FACTS, such as Templates, they don't change for long periods of times. Probabilities on the other hand can change depending on the situation at the time of the event. The outcome can be influenced a BILLION different ways. Altering outcomes is an art.

This is still a random event in a controlled setting. It is not random as to whether a certain number of balls fall or not at all. We all know that for every drawing there will be 6 balls that come out no matter what because of the controlled environment. Now, whether which numbers come out are truly random remains to be seen.
