G.A.T. Engine 2.0
True and fair enough. Any tested draw which is to be predicted (and all following it) is of course not known prior the prediction of that draw and the statistics generated simply say how the engine managed in predicting that unknown draw to the engine till that point. There would be no other way to make that hits comparison test, so to display statistics if the tested draw isn't there for that comparison to be made! From this point of view, i am not afraid or being fraud about my claims or the h

Jamie,
I have used your LSA_6 more than 4 months but nothing until now. Also I have asked many questions for you about LSA's using.
Unfortunately, I have not yet found any useful and valuable information about using LSA on your website, post and blog until now. For example, lot of members of LSA asked for you to write some strategies about using LSA step by step and you have agreeded to do that 4 months ago. But nothing until now, why?
I think that you always seem to be in with members

North Carolina: 9/1 - 9/30/2011
Angel 1:
An excellent question. What I can say is that in the numbers game, as is also reflected in human operations, history does repeat itself. The key is being cognizant of it. That takes a lot of focused work and time.
For example, look at the past two draws of recent, Sept 15/16, 2011: 403/845
403 fell on March 25, 2008 and the next drawn number was 845 on March 26, 2008 Fast forward to the future: Sept 15 (eve) 403 (exact) and Sept 16 (mid-day) was 854 (boxed/any/comboed).

Minnesota Lottery resumes ticket sales Thursday
By Todd Northrop
After being shut down for nearly three weeks due to a state government budget impasse, the Minnesota Lottery will begin selling lottery tickets again, starting Thursday, July 21.
The resumption of ticket sales follows a special legislative session that put an end to the government shut down. The state's Democrat governor relented, allowing the state budget to follow the Republican-majority state legislature's plan.
The lottery suspended operations on July 1. Beginning a

D.C. first in USA to offer Internet gambling
They've been spending like drunken sailors, the political party that calls itself two parties, as long as you and I have been alive. They aren't going to quit in the areas where they can enrich themselves or enable their friends to enrich themselves, though they appear to be willing enough to let the infrastructure slowly die while they keep the eyes of the public anywhere but at the sources of enrichment.
That's not going to change. All the money required to keep the lower priorities such as

$244 MILLION: Mega Millions lottery frenzy ramps up
You can't use average increase per draw to get an accurate comparison. That would unfairly weight this year/end of last year, when there was the near-record jackpot. If you eliminate that run-up (which is appropriate to achieve a good, valid comparison), then you will find the jackpots are growing roughly the same as before.
I don't think anyone (including the state lotteries) knew exactly what would happen after the cross-selling agreement went into effect. It is important when evaluating th

The N.C. Education Lottery Commission tonight named Alice Garland, deputy executive director for legislative and corporate communications, as the new executive director of the N.C. Education Lottery.
Garland will be the second director and has served as acting executive director since the first director, Tom Shaheen, announced his resignation in August.
Robert Farris, chairman of the commission, said the commission's unanimous vote for Garland concluded a national search that included 55 a

POLL - On The Whole Do The Lotteries Provide Truly Random Numbers?
I am specifcally talking about Maryland Keno played in bars, stores etc. What am describing is the manner in which the game outcome is determined and run NOW in the present.
It is naive to believe what you wrote here:
They are government commissions so it's reasonable to believe that both practically and politically, they will not base the draw machine choice on wagers placed. The draws are every 5 minutes and hence the wagers can be placed virtually immediately before a draw leaving lit

Canadian gets 9 years for U.S. lottery scam
A Vancouver man was sentenced to nine years in prison Monday for running a lottery scam in the United States that defrauded dozens of elderly victims of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Henry Anekwu, 43, was convicted in April of 10 counts of mail fraud and six counts of wire fraud, all of which were centered around a telemarketing operation that told victims they had won a lottery, but needed to pay taxes or other fees up front to claim their winnings. Individual victims paid as much as $60
