I agree. If they are going to cap the jackpot then it should be a type of winfall game where the extra money roles down to all winners. Either double or increase the value of all lower tier prizes instead of giving it to just the match 5. First of all, the computer does NOT spit out ALL the possible combinations that are possible in Powerball (which I call PowerRip) or Megamillions (MegaRip). Why?
