Jeeves:If a certain game pays ONLY through annuity, it means the state lottery is telling you what you CAN and CANNOT do with YOUR winnings, and, most likely an INSURANCE COMPANY is making money off YOUR winnings, instead of YOU.Be thankful you live in New Jersey, instead of NY.

cash, never said you started the thread. but isn't your whole point that your against the mass. games which you already mentioned few hundred times in other posts. i bet about 99.9% of your over 2,000 posts are bashing mass games and annuity games.

Jeeves:I respect your criticism of me, but, until ALL lottery winners are paid in cash, or given the right to collect in lump sum (save for win for life ) prizes, I will continue to express my thoughts on this issue.No lottery should be allowed to force winners to receive annuity payments.

Todd:Super-6 still needs to be 86'd. Even if they've come clean about the cash/annuity %.Ohio last year, unexpectedly, hiked the percentage from 44% to 50%.

Sure thing. I'm still amazed by the new annuity/cash value and how they are increasing. IF I played Super 6 i'd be better off cause I'd of course take the cash but it's still very shifty.

Cash,Why is this topic always so important to you? Personally, if I were to win the jackpot, I'd want 50% lump sum and 50% annuity if I had that option.

smd:NY is supposed to begin video lottery late this year.Even if PA from now on is going to be more honest about the cash/annuity percentage in Super-6, PA should replace it.
