Illinois woman loses out on $50K lottery ticket after buying it with drug money
A woman who lived with a Decatur drug dealer ended up losing big time when she took a judicial gamble on winning back the proceeds of a $50,000 lottery ticket.
The state of Illinois had initially seized the money as the ill-gotten gains of a ticket bought with drug money. But then a Macon County judge later ruled against the state and awarded the lottery cash to the woman, Tykisha Lofton.
Now, in a decision filed Sept. 27, the three-judge Fourth District Appeals Court ruled unanimously to

Luck Or System
I have a paper and pencil workout that generates multiple trend lines.
Here are three trend lines I recently used to choose 3 integers for a Pick 3 play.
Main A - 2333123222321 What's Next - 1, 2 or 3?
I chose 1, which yielded integer 1
Main B - 13311321212333 What's next - 1, 2 or 3?
I chose 1, which yielded integer 4
Main C - 22442423322211332431 What's Next - 1, 2, 3, or 4?
I chose 2, which yielded integer 8
I played 148.
Winning permutation was: 140

Neural Net Lottery Picker
Haven't played VikingLotto in the last two weeks. This week I decided to try again. I used the settings I posted on page 18.
Another win on Viking Lotto, 4/6. I played 20 lines which costs 100 NOK and won 105 NOK. A very small profit.
Here's the lines generated with NNLP 2.1. The line with the 4/6 has the numbers marked with yellow.
Notice it's the line with the second lowest Total Error.

Florida's ridiculous ball and machine testing scam
If we are paying to play a game where a portion of the profits reaped are
benefitting school systems and education, we need to have it made available
to a certain degree, what is taking place in those games.
The need for disclosure isn't satisfied by calling one draw of 4 to 6 official.
Technically all the draws are official because they were done without error to
reach the final result.
Try taking your car to the car wash and they stop at pre-rinse and tell you, wait,

Neural Net Lottery Picker
Hi, Lottolot:
You're right! The different game has the different setting.
I have tried the MillionWant's settings in Percep-Lotron for 10/20/70 but they are not working
for my 10/20/80 except the LR, Mom LC.
Also, I have tested the all parameters for my NY Pick 10 (10/20/80) but I'm not sure
why the best results just is 6/10 or 8/20 no matter I adjusted them anyway.
My way is as below:
1) Selected LR=0.9, Mon=0.3 LC=1200 first.
2) Keeping the above three parameters, then

Lottery scam victim lost life savings
A Jacksonville, Florida, man said he thought he was helping another man retrieve thousands in lottery winnings, but instead that man took $32,000 of the victim's money and left.
Now I can't trust anybody. I can't trust nobody now, the victim said. This changes my way of life.
The victim, who is not being named, said he now wants to make sure no one else falls victim to the same scam he did.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office released a picture of the suspect that was captured in a Home

Hi jlg69,
what could be the aim (advantage) to get more hidden neurons at your point of view .? There a different rules-of-thumb to determine the number of neurons in the hidden layer to optimize the neural network for your data (in our case to get better predictions )
Here some rules you can test to find the best number of neurons in the hidden layer:
1
In sum, for most problems, one could probably get decent performance (even without a second optimization step) by setting t

What do you NEED to come up with a Winning Lotto System??
rcbbuckeye - Have to agree on that ( She does seem to have a bone to pick with TLC?) but she offers up some good info when not trying to catch them doing something wrong. True. Conspiracy to ME means that an entity is purposely trying to deceive, but TLC is one of few Lotto's that post up reports, winners on Scratch tix, etc, so I don't think they are doing anything underhanded. However - that being said - I am one who believes in Math, numbers and my biggest, singular belief is that of question

What do you NEED to come up with a Winning Lotto System??
To all Lotto Players: I am sorry I've been so slow in responding to mail - I did not know I would get so many PM's, so this is why I'm responding here.
I wrote up a post to try and explain the difficulty I'm having explaining how I found 'working aspects' of Texas Lotto cards and drawings. But, decided not to post it because I realize it's a problem trying to explain something without some visual help. I've been working every day on 6/49 TL and I've figured out 'something' that has worked, as

New mobile app finds nearest lottery retailers
'Lottery Places' supported on all major mobile devices
For the first time lottery players have a simple way to find a store to buy lottery tickets no matter where they are.
Lottery Places, a new mobile app available on iPhone, Android, and Windows Phone, finds your current location and instantly displays the nearest lottery retailers.
As the on-screen map is panned and zoomed with common gestures, additional lottery retailers are found and displayed in real-time. Touching a retailer rev
