I was using the example posted by tntea. Is there a difference in balances? I'm confused. Is sum and balance the same? 3+8+3=14 is sum?

Balance SystemReply
I am a huge fan of you both (Lottery Braker tntea).. I think I understand this but how do pick a point to begin balancing -- say for California (2 draws/day, that are best taken separately -- so I've found). I followed this thread from that (CA Daily 3) thread and I think those in that forum would really appreciate your response/help. Thanks!
