I think if States really wanted to save money on the pick3 and pick4 drawings, they could combine with other States in the same time zone and have one televised ball drawing for all since most have their drawings at about the same time. Then there were be no questions about which State had the best random number picking system and States that wanted to add one of those games could do so with less cost. Since there are 201,376 combinations of 5's in 32 numbers and 6 combinations of 5's in each group of six, you are talking about at least 30,000+ combinations of 6's. CoverMaster might be able to produce such a wheel, but it will take a while to optimize it. Most published wheels are smaller than 1,000 combinations, so you will have to create a custom wheel. If I was going to cover that many possible combinations, I would use a RNG that would eliminate any combinations of 4's that had come up

I understand that. I like thinking about the possibilities of having $300 million after taxes as much as anyone. If the jackpot makes it way up there, very exciting. But at the same time, I think $10 - 40 million is a huge amount of money as well, so I am okay with seeing someone win that, especially beating 120 million to 1 odds to do it. I have driven 110 miles to the Indiana boarder to pick up PowerBall tickets when the jackpot was $100M+.
