MM changing already?
Todd,And when MM started over a year ago they promissed average jackpots of $300+ Mil and they haven't even cracked $200 Mil yet, let alone average that much. PB has been past $200 Mil twice since they changed.I just feel that so many people in Texas will play MM every week that it will lead to more hits, rather than more rollovers.

MM changing already?
Quote: Originally posted by Todd on August 05, 2003 But the jackpots should get up there pretty quick.Todd,I disagree. I think once Texas begins selling MM tickets, the jackpot will be hard pressed to pass $100 Million.

Lottery defendant: I'm angry
your right, I think he was supposed to buy tickets with past winnings, why nobody kept up with whether he bought them, what the numbers were, why they didnt make copies of the tickets i'll never understand. when it comes to jackpots this is business... not a game where you think your intitled to a portion beause you think he bought the tickets, because you think you were in the pool,

All a matter of luck
Years ago on one of the bigger jackpots in Ca; we had a lottery pool. 20 people at $5 a person. I think once we got $10. Sometimes there was nothing. Disappointing, that many quick picks and no payout.

All a matter of luck
In Lotto Texas:476 winning tickets as of 7/17/03:230 were Quick Pick 190 were self pickwhen you remember that some of the jackpots were shared among more than one winner, the results are even more favorable to the self pick player

OhioSuperLotoPlus....$29M
When I speak of jackpots, I am referring to both the cash and annunity values. Believe it of not most players know the different between an annunity and cash value of a lottery jackpot, both amounts are post on each lottery website. BTWM, I'll get another shot Wednesday.RJOh

OhioSuperLotoPlus....$29M
RJ:The Canadian 6/49 games have smaller jackpots because they are automatically lump sum. The British Columbia 6/49 has a $1 million top prize.

'Hot Lotto'-revise it?
I say, yes Hot Lotto should push the jackpots up and pay ONLY ANNUITY. You see, that will get the players really playing the game.

Both Jackpot games at $10 Million
Todd,It'd be even more interesting if/when Texas joins both.I sincerely hope they adopt your idea and bump the minimum jackpots to $15 Mil or $20 Mil when Texas is added.
