pair projector
Hmmmm ..... let's see ........... last night's Minnesota Daily 3 drawing was 633. If we look at when 23, 32, 34 or 43 fell prior to last night's draw, the closest pair would have been 273 which fell 4 days prior to last night's draw. So ...... would 273 count as a 23 hit? If not, the next prior 23, 32, 34 or 43 that fell together was on June 14 ...... or 1 month ago which was 332. With this in mind, I have a few conclusions maybe?????????:1. The Minnesota Daily 3 is a rigged computer drawing

Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!
The Texas Lottery Commission and lottery staff had a long discussion about computer drawings, animation, etc, at their May 10, 2005 meeting.I'm not qualified to evaluate what was said. However, many of you folks who are members here seem to know a lot about computer drawings. I think everyone interested in computerized drawings could get a handle on how this issue is advancing in Texas.Be interesting to know what you folks think, how you evaluate what the people who are pushing for computer draw

indiana lottery is rigged
the reason the indiana lottery never has any winners is because what they are doing is they are using computerized drawings and having the computer scan for any numbers that are not bet on that day and then that becomes the daily number and the state has to pay out less money and before you know it they got a huge amount of money built up due to this process.the payouts are so low the state of south carolina is about the same size and population, why do they have hundreds more winners everyday da

Indiana's response to my e-maik
Mark,Thanks for sharing that e-mail from Indiana.Since they are speaking of mathematics, I wonder if they have mathematically learned if more people per capita play in other states? If so, a big reason for that may be the dopey computer drawings, rather than conducting drawings with traditional ball machines.I don't understand what's getting into the heads of these lottery directors. I think there may be a hidden agenda, that something in the future will be easier or better for them if they ch

Tod, It is true that ordinary RNG numbers are not truly random because they are based on a formula. But numbers from the type of tru RNG des

Texas is bad!!
Quote: Originally posted by cadl on February 7, 2005texas is going to computerized drawings for cash 5 in march and pick 3 is rumored to soon follow; i've opposed the rng drawings but at least it would do away with the hated pretestsI don't think that it would do away with the pretests, they will just do them with the computer, if not right away, then they would later, Tx just has to manipulate the numbers and drawings as much as possible, they are very much afraid of the pros or sharps .Normal

What do you think of this idea?
Ok. Here's my idea. A few of you may have read my idea before.Instead of using computerized drawings, the states would use ball machines, but to cut the costs they would not televise the drawings. They would make the drawings available on the web. No contracts with TV stations would be needed since all you really need is a digital video camera and tapes. DV cams cost $300, and tapes cost approx. $5-10. This way, the states save money by not televising the drawings, but they are still using a leg
