Dual multi-state lottery sales may keep jackpots lower
I don't drink beer and 20 or 30 million will build me one of the worlds greenest homes that will allow me to live off the grid thereby paying nothing for heating, cooling or electricity. I will do a lot of traveling after the house is built and have a great place to come home to. If your 18 and can't retire with 20 or 30 million there's something wrong with you or you're just a greedy jerk.

Why do we play?
Because our little nest egg (emphasis on little) is not doing so hot, especially since some a-hole decided to help himself and hide in South America. After running around all week on a sales floor, my legs and feet feel like dead weight, hitting on a jackpot seems to be my only hope to retire before I drop dead right in the middle of the store someday.

Dream help please
Last night I dreamed that I was fired from my job after working long enough to retire. There was no reason for the firing, but someone told me to go to the end of a pier and look into the mirror and repeat something ( can't remember what) and I would get a new job. Names in the dream were Roseann, Theresa, Edward, Oscar. Can you Help?

I am a retired reservist (Army) and have been teaching for about 13 years now. I also sell vintage glass and other antiques (If I can get them). I plan to work a couple of more years and then retire from teaching also.

What's in your post-JP house?
Depends on the size of the jackpot, if it was a $100M+ powerball type thing, I'd probably splurge a little, buy a small new house 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a nice size basement for home theater, and a pool room of course. Wouldn't want too big of a house, then I'd have to clean, and I don't trust maids to not steal. I'd have to have a decent amount of land (hate neighbors being 30ft away.) Besides that I'd probably pick up a Tesla Roadster just because I've always wanted one. With the rest I'd dona

Lottery winners broke, busted
I thought dope dealers were usually multi-millionaires? Always on the News you see them find stacks of $100's in rubber bands. It would have been an interesting press conference: Now that I won, I plan to retire from the dope dealing business!
