Self picks have the same chance of winning as QPs, but many more QPs are sold and why the majority of jackpot winners are QPs. Because the tickets are bought before the drawing, there is no way of knowing which ticket if any will match the drawing. I'm not sure if the word luck really describes how difficult it is for one ticket to match the one combination out over a quarter billion. From the Official Tenn Lottery page under faqs: Can the winner of a large Lottery prize remain anonymous? It is the policy of the Tennessee Lottery to treat such information as a public record. The Lottery will therefore disclose the name, home state and home town of winners if a request is received for such information.

At your Publix, how fast do they go through LFL rolls? I ordered the instant liability report, and saw about 70% of tickets were sold. The 200k/yr prize was at 80% claimed, and the 50k/yr prize was at 60% claimed. The 50k/yr prize is supposed to be overdue on this game. Then again, at $1000 a roll, and with a track record of sometimes having 11 duds in a row...this game might be the worst one out.

I feel almost the same way about the big odds/JP games, but I will buy one on occasion when the JP is in record territory and I'm in anonymous territory. They are losing players w/ each matrix change, or should I say they are changing regular players into occasional players !

Thank You Coin Toss. I will look for those shows. I did find on YouTube under 20/20 Lotto Frenzy a few shows like what you mentioned. One was produced when the record Power Ball jackpot was at $1.6 Billion. ABC made one. You can't beat real life experiences of lottery winners. Good or Bad. Which network are you speaking of when it shows TLCML? Besides ID Investigation Discovery I also check on The Family Learning Channel and TLC. I check on Fridays to cover the weekend.

If you can pay at the pump n general why not get it all done quicker? Especially at night, gas stations are robbed often. The real advantage here, to me anyway, is at those times where the jackpot is at record high and the lines are looooong. Other states have this too I understand.
