Canadian man loses $27 million lottery jackpot by 7 secondsReply
Bummer for him. I realize this is Canada, but I would swear that in some states, the ticket machines actually shut down or go offline for an hour or two when the draw deadline passes. Presumably to prevent something like this being disputed. Is that real or am I mis-remembering it? And my headline would have said misses jackpot by seven seconds, not loses. good luck everyone.

Single Most Effective Pick 3 Strategy?
Happy New Years 2015 Everyone! I'm new to LP and so am starting to comb through all the forum posts to learn, but wanted to ask across the board if there was a single strategy for picking winning numbers that you have found to be most effective? I'm in Ontario, Canada, and am currently studying pair recurrence on our Pick 3 game which seems to have some success. I'm also studying AA Pick 3 Master's (New York) website.
