PA is big enough that they should replace with another jackpot lotto game. Hot Lotto is perfect for smaller states that need the higher volume in order to get decent jackpots.

Cashonly Buddy never pray that a ticket does not win even tho it is an annuity. A bit of advice buddy pray that it does win whatever kind of ticket it is annuity or lump sum money is money buddy. Tom: Not surprisingly, both winners opted for CASH. However, the Ohio 6/49 cash option is ONLY 44% of the annuity, vs ~58% (currently) for Powerball, even though both jackpots (if annuity is taken) are paid in 30 equal yearly payments. This is one instance where Andy might be correct.

Another draw, still no big winners....$66M for Tuesday's draw... not too shabby. Ever wonder if both MegaMillions and Powerball hits $300M at the same time... what are the odds?Speaking of odds, many people play both games on a consistent basis, ever wonder what one would feel if he or she won both the jackpots and is the sole single ticket holder in both games. hmmm, wonder if we'll ever live to see that happen.

I think a Winfall-style game would work really well in NJ. Pick 6 sales continue to do pretty well even though jackpots are staying < $10 million. This leads me to think that a $5M-maximum prize would do fine, and I love the fact that players have such large lower-tier prizes when there's no winner.

Todd: Given the lack of big Pick-6 jackpots lately (last over $7 million in July) maybe NJ could consider a WINFALL-type game. Of course, if somebody hit Michigan WINFALL there would have been no $70 prizes for three numbers.
