What's the difference between a lottery club and a lottery pool? Over the years LP news has had a few stories about lottery pools but I only remember reading one about a lottery club. I never belonged to a lottery club but before I retired I was a member of several lottery pools where I worked.

No, I think you read that right. Like in CA, unclaimed prizes go straight to the state funding, not back in the prize pool. Similar things happen in scratch games, lots of prizes thrown away unclaimed. And then they get a bonus when they exceed their funding targets. Funny how that works...

Buying multi lines vs a single line for a JP game
Does buying multiple lines or participating in work place pool give a better chance than buying a single line per game for MM/PB/State specific games? Just curious if you buy one ticket per game or multiple lines per draw.

Numerous people have won millions playing in a lottery pool and you can verify that for yourself by doing a search of lottery jackpot winners and some folks have claimed they've won lotteries using a system and you can verify that as well the same way if you're really interested. If you live in Ohio, you should remember the dirty dozen, a group of Columbus factory workers who won a PowerBall jackpot before PB was available in Ohio that brought their tickets in Indiana.

Ronnie, RL has never asked for any donations from anyone here at LP. Don't get this confused with the private pool from earlier this year which was set up away from Lotterypost. Members have offered to make donations for RL's programs but I know for a fact that RL has never asked for donations for his programs.

Members of the pool play their assigned strategy with their own money and keeps the winnings (if any) until a checkpoint interval is reached. Initially it wont be much, $1 a day. I think its a good way to see all/most strategies/systems/methods being played and boost moralle whenever a win happens, which I hope will be more often than when we are playing individually.
