Thanks to the third world style corruption in WA state it is now a class C felony to gamble on the internet. THis includes sports, poker, lottery and all other gambling. At least the last 2 Indiana state lottery commissioners haven't mysteriously committed suicide like the last two Minnesota state lottery commissioners.
