So many different comments, however, no one is commenting on the acutal charges of fraud these sites conducted in the transactions of money in and out. How come?

I don't believe the 6 [ out of 66 ] drawings above are any indication of what will happen in the future unless the programmers in TN are engaged in fraud. However, if you believe these draws are harbingers of things to come, then what are you saying about the other 60?

She did'nt have a choice about coming forward after the divorce was final. If she did wait that long, there would have been a strong possibility that she would be charged with Fraud (And he would get ALOT more than he could get now). Since she knew she had won alot of $$$. I think it falls under; Gross value of expectancies and unrecieved inheritances .

It's 3 years to *assess* the tax, and there's an exception for cases of fraud which extend it to 6 years. If the tax was assessed the IRS has 10 years to begin efforts to collect it. The statute of limitations for criminal charges is also 6 years. Figure all of those periods run from the date the return is due or filed, which could be as much as 15 months after the income is collected. If you only knew the IRS can only go back 3 years! As long as no other years before or now show any fraud in their filings! And since the money wasn't withheld at the time of disbursement to no fault of their own the 3 year limitation for an audit for that year will hold up in a court of law! The IRS is SOL and if you have any doubts just as your accountant or the IRS if you like!

CARBOB, Benford's Law is very useful for certain applications, especially accounting. The problem with using Benford's formula to look for fraud in the lottery is that it was derived by fitting to real life non uniform data. Yup. I work for State of Florida lottery. They asked me to post numbers on here once in a while to debunk the FL lotto fraud consipiracy. As evident by my 7 posts in the Month of August, 4 of the predictions had 2 out of the 3 winning numbers, and thats only using 2 picks per draw. They asked me to give members on here subtle hints, too bad you missed it.
