Unfortunately, Microsoft doesn't support the Visual Basic version, in which this was created, any longer. Eventally, Lotsoft will disappear. That's why we really need this update.

windows xp info
If you really don't want Microsoft, look into Ubuntu (desktop version). It's a pretty decent flavor of Linux.
Personally, I think Windows 7 is great, much better than XP. I installed it on my old 2003 Gateway and it ran without problem.
Since then I've got a newer computer and don't think Windows 8.1 is all that bad. Just takes awhile to get used to.

I am very surprised that I havent gotten more response from my question.. I am very interested in new systems and ideas. I was expecting a lot of dialog from the people who look to the future for more ideas and new technology. Kind of like when that geeky guy (Bill Gates) came out with that new thing called Microsoft software. (Remember ! ) Thats usually how it starts - New Ideas, Thoughts, methods, techniques etc. Some people here at LP wont l look at anything that is for sale. I am pretty sure

Programming
I have used CodeJock's Toolkit Pro, and CodeJock's Chart Pro in the past. You can create some modern looking tables (typically called grids) and charts with the software. They are defintely not for the beginner though and are expensive. Microsoft has the whole .NET but C # and object oriented programming is also not easy for a beginner. Guess it depends on how motivated you are to learn the languages, SDK's and API's. Once you do though you will not have to depend on someone else to implement yo

How to code a lotto program and best programs for lotto programming.
You can use your old Computer but I wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances for '*Internet*' after Microsoft stops supporting XP.

Lotto Pro
I have tons of Windows XP material I am using on my new Windows 8.1 system. Most of this material is located in a backup hard drive I now have connected to the new computer. Most of this material is stored on Windows XP Word 9, Microsoft Office 7, Windows XP Paint, Windows XP Photo's, and music from Windows XP Media Player.
Most of these programs are automatically updated from the internet when activated on the Windows 8.1 computer.
Hope this answered your question...

Winner of record $590.5 million Powerball lottery jackpot announced
All common random number generators are nothing but a complicated mathematical formula that appears to generate random numbers, but since it's a formula, it's really generating a long pattern of numbers that eventually repeats. That's why they are also called psuedo-random number generators because they are not truly random.
The term seed refers to the starting number the formula uses to generate the random numbers. By using the computer's internal timeclock, which counts in milliseconds, it
