Fire the B*st*rd!!
Aren't Casino slot machines RNG games too? If people play those on a constant basis and lose, why aren't they complaining? I play slot machines all the time and I know all of them have RNG technology inside them and it's regulated to payout a certain percent. I win some and I lose some, but hey.... it's fun to play. My question is, If it's so wrong to have RNG games determining who wins or not, why aren't more people screaming about it?? Just saying. Oh and I'm playing the 'RNG' AZ Fantasy 5

powerball quick pick
So you're talking about this: http://www.smartplay.com/productPages/ballsSmart_productPage.html What are you saying is happening? Any game can be rigged, probably more options now with advancement in technology. It still requires human intervention. Don't just drop innuendo. State your conspiracy theory or shaddup.

powerball quick pick
Are you saying you think that within the closed box under the plexiglass there is a device(s) that can read the actual numbers on the balls as they are swirling around and then somehow have that specific ball on top of the thing that pushes it up as a winning number? Hmmm....As all the tickets are computer generated they DO know IN ADVANCE OF THE DRAW exactly what numbers were drawn, where and exactly when the ticket was printed. Then IF they can control the balls drawn somehow they can still

Pick 3/4 Lottery software - Which do you think is the best on the market ?
I'm thinking with todays computer technology, there's got to be a software program out there that's fairly dependable, and can track the odds/even, highs/lows, sums, hot/cold, hit frequency and so on. If that's what you're looking for without prediction, Lottohat's P34 will do that and let you make selections that filter down to what's left. I think there is still a demo you can try out to be sure it's what you want. BobP

Pick 3 Skip chart, is chart useful for filtering ideas?
For the D Filters (Dynamic filters) I am going to write an optimizer. I will probably have 2 buttons 50% probability, and 75% probability. It would then try to calculate the tightest settings for all of the D filters to achieve 50% accuracy or 75% accuracy over the last 100 draws. 100 is aribitrary so I might make it configurable. It would probably re-calibrate these settings when you updated the draws. Once upon a time I wrote a loader that would optimize the loading of TSR's into the UMB me

Anyone ever try Author Encoe's strategies?
But do those tests account for the many pre-tests, post-tests, rotation of the ball tubes, and the rotation of the machines? You know, the butterfly effect. Yes. http://csrc.nist.gov/groups/ST/toolkit/rng/documents/nissc-paper.pdf Please take the link above to Mr. Soto's paper at the National Institute of Standards Technology and take a closer look. If you do, I think you will agree.

$260 MILLION: Powerball lottery jackpot surges
No, actually I always wear a seatbelt and advise everyone I care about to wear one. I just don't like the government telling us that we have to. And the private sector would have provided them as a safety feature without the government mandate. You'd be surprised at the strides in science and technology that have been achieved without some weasel-like, Harry-Reid-looking government bureaucrat sticking his nose in where it doesn't belong.

Creative Marketing Techniques to Increase LP Memberhip
Maybe Todd could chime in to confirm this, but I am betting he is not making a lot of profit from this site. I'm not so sure about that. Granted, I don't know how much it costs to keep Lottery Post and USA Mega online, but having worked in the information technology sector, I do have a general idea of the costs of running high-traffic websites with robust architecture capable of handling even the biggest spikes. (You may remember that during the big Mega Millions run earlier this year, every
