Ohio was very very good to me!
Thanks catspick RJOh,It wasn't the biggest win in the world, but it sure was better than tearing up a losing ticket...lol. I'm not much of a holiday shopper and it probably won't last that long. More than likely, I'll just put it on some bills or buy a little gasoline.I hope you can bring some of your skills to bear on the PowerBall game, RJ. It's a very tough nut to crack. It's been a while since I got past 2+PB. Since it's getting big, I might try my methodical picks plus some numbers from t

mega millions info?
According to information at lottoreport.com, NewYork with a population of 19,157,532 usually spend 2-4 times on MegaMillions tickets as any of the other ten states selling the tickets including Texas which have a population of 22,193,711. Since NewYorkers account for 20-25% of total ticket sales, odds are they are going to be 20-25% of the winners.Since I also play the lotteries for entertainment as well to win, I frequency pick large groups of numbers just for fun and check them after the draw

interesting stats
RJOh: I am not saying that there is a conspiracy going on. Actually, I tend to be quite skeptical of anyone touting a conspiracy theory. What I am saying is that it is very odd that Indiana is paying out so little. To put the matter to rest, the best thing to do would be to get a sales report from Indiana, stating how many tickets were sold per drawing, and comparing that to the number of winners per drawing. If the winner ratio is consistently lower than the odds of winning, then I would be

Todd,I can't envision any state having a scheme to not pay out any prize money because someone who would talk. I was thinking of the kind of corruption revealed recently in the scam of the lottery worker and his two buddies buying the million dollars scratch-off ticket. The other day while I was buying my lottery tickets, another lottery player remarked that he had bought a box/straight pick3 ticket everyday for the last 3 months and hadn't won anything and the pick3 game had to be a scam. Wheel Design - Help Wanted
I downloaded a trail copy of Lottery Statistic Analyser and looked at the MegaMillions and OhioSuperLottoPlus histories. It was easy to use but I noticed a couple of things that were different from other programs that I've looked at.1. When updating files, seven numbers has to be entered weather you're working with a 5+0,5+B,6+0 or a 6+B format.2. Bonus and regular numbers are grouped together to get number frequencies which for PowerBall would make numbers lower than 43 seem more popular. I w

Help with system - DLM - 2
Tom,Your request for help is confusing. Are you interested in a discussion of ideas on playing the lotteries or attracting paying members to your pool? If you are picking numbers the same way as everybody else, why should anyone be interested in joining your pool? There have been several members mentioned that they run lottery pools, but so far, I've seen no proof that they offer any more than can be gained by starting a pool locally with friends and neighbors that are known and trusted. I p
