Would u pay for lottery numbers if its guaranteed for u to get numbers
When I saw this thread I assumed you were talking about an Eddie Tipton type of situation where he worked for the Lottery Corporation and was rigging the winning numbers using a software he wasn't supposed to be or something like that and that you were asking us if we would pay someone that we know is rigging the winning numbers and I thought, No, that's sketchy and will most likely land both us and the lottery rigger in prison. Your actual question asking us if we want to pay you for your lotte

Who are you going to tell after you win the monday's powerball jackpot.
I don't know why everybody obsesses with Kurt Panouses. I'm sure he'll do a fantastic job, but his law practice isn't the only good law firm in town.
I live on Florida's West Coast. Well within a one hour drive from my house there are at least two good law firms that can do everything/anything Panouses can do. I sure as Hell wouldn't drive over to The East Cost of Florida to Panouses's office when I could drive to the two firms located near me.
Panouses advertises his lottery expertise

Lottery Numbers Aren't Meant To Be Random
I'm seeing sermons on LP by certain posters preaching that lottery numbers are random. They believe these numbers are ran like a slot machine with the numbers being produced by a computer-based RNG.
And they believe we, as players, won't ever be able to predict the next numbers unless we know the seed value and the formula, ...... the harvesting, the gathering, the purging.....
So, I took the initiative to research the game I play: Lotto Texas. And I learned its ran by a mechanical

markov pick3
To create learning curves for Pick 3 lottery series, the process involves measuring the performance of a predictive model as the amount of training data used in time series models increases.
Steps to create learning curves for Pick 3
1. Data Preparation:
o Gather the Pick 3 lottery history.
o Divide it into progressively increasing training and test sets (example: use the first 100 draws to train, then 200, 300, etc.).
o For each set, extract the features and the target (lottery r

Arkansas woman credits husband's $550,000 lottery win to his "diligence"
I do not like that word diligence as it is used here either. I can see some people thinking they are not spending enough $ or playing often enough.
If a lottery player says something that could be misleading, the lottery does not have to share it. Granted it benefits the lottery here but not a person with a gambling issue.

Pennsylvania Cash Pop Starting November 18 2025
That's irrelevant. A lottery can sell the CashPop game without sharing any personal info with Brightstar. So, even if the company had issues with protecting information, the Lottery would not have shared any info with them.
Lottery just pay for the idea (like a patent) and the name....

Mississippi Lottery halts Cash 3 triple payout promotion one week in
Those funds were apparently only enough for six days and not for the entire month of November they advertised.
And? They expected to pay out some amount, but players won that amount in about 1/4 of the time the lottery expected.
They ended up paying out 97% of all the wagers that month. Don't recall the KY Lottery saying because of an overwhelming player response they would stop sales of triples.
And? Triples account for 1% of the possible results and get drawn 1% of the time as a l

would you borrow money to play the lottery?
if yes, would you tell the person who lent you money what you were spending the money on? do you have a low limit, like you would only borrow $1 at the max, or are you comfortable asking someone to spot you $20 or more for lotto?
if you have borrowed money to play the lottery in the past, did you pay it back or make some verbal agreement to give the lender a cut of the prize if you won?

Histotical Lottery Data
I've been looking for data that has all of the numbers picked for each lottery, in each state. Kaggle has a subset of the data. How do I find a more complete set of the data. I was going to do some statistical analysis and see which numbers are hot and which are cold . I was curious if there's a normal distribution. If the probability is the same for each number, I wouldn't see a normal distribution but would see a uniform distribution. But what are the results after collecting 20+ years of data

Help with Excel
Hello friend, I was using the numbergenerator.org page to generate all the combinations for a 6/39 lottery. I downloaded the file and opened it in Excel 2007. Now I download the file, but my Excel 2024 doesn't show me the (3,262,623) combinations. Now it only shows me one column with a million combinations, and Excel 2007 showed me 3 columns with 1 million combinations each. Does anyone know a page or have an Excel file that allows me to generate all the combinations for my 6/39 lottery? Or how
