Hi B!g, glad to have helped. Referencing book numbers for the purpose of trying to align with a top prize is far from certain. It's pretty apparent that here in FL, like many lotteries, top prizes are spread evenly through a game's run, so there generally remains an incentive to play active games (esp since FL posts remaining prizes at all $ levels). The CA Lottery's standard press release after a big win could include more info like whether the ticket was a quick pick, and also where the 5+0 and 4+1 prize winners were sold, if any. (On any given PB drawing, there are less than ten 4+1 and 5+0 winners in CA, most of the time fewer than 5.) Players love that kind of info and it's all recorded in the database. They refuse to release till there is public outcry. They also are looking to keep it this way as they look to make it a world jackpot as well as changing over to an all computer drawing for the games.

The problem with getting veterans entered in their vaccine lottery is that the federal government won't release the private medical records of soldiers who were vaccinated in a setting that's governed by HIPAA rules.

Why doesn't NY lottery release the results of its Test Drawings ??? Why can't they tell us how many Test Drawings are conducted before the actual drawing? I guess they're afraid we'll have an advantage. It's also possible the people won't be able to differentiate the test result from the actual result.
