It's easy to think it's rigged too due to always being off by one digit. The Virginia lottery system is rigged. They are going to make sure they taken in mounds of money and payout a pinch of what is made. I mainly play in other states for that reason.doubles in the pick 3 came about 4 draws in a row statistically that should occur that often but it does in the VA Lottery. Rigged. I have noticed from time to time when other states are getting our numbers that we are playing it takes a little longer to hit our state... don't know why but I have noticed PA is late sometimes with the numbers.. don't know if it is cause alot of people are playing these numbers and hold them out on us which they shouldn't be doing cause they say the lottery is not RIGGED......
