W orld W restling E ntertainment! The stupid World Wildlife Fund forced the WWF to change the name because they thought people would get confused between the two!....Chose annuity, it's the smart way to go!

CashOnly
It's not the WWF, it's the WWE! They changed it...anyways, I feel that lump sum is the way to go. People, who have trouble with money like gamblers etc. should take annuity.

NY betslips for Mega Millions
No, that was Illinois where the agent bonus was over $1 million (1% of the annuity value even if the cash option is exercised by the player.) In New York, there are currently NO bonuses for selling a winning ticket!!

NY betslips for Mega Millions
New York State law DOES NOT allow Lotto players winning on a ticket marked 26 ANNUAL PAYMENTS to receive a lump sum. Federal regulations allow lotteries to let players choose after they win, but it's not a mandate. Several NY scratch tickets are annuity only, and, of course, the Massachusetts 6/42 and 6/49 still do not have a cash option.

NY betslips for Mega Millions
I do believe you are still allowed under federal law to change your choice from cash to annuity or vice versa within 60 days of winning.I hope PlayBigGame.com gets back online for Mega Millions. I'm way too far away from any Big Game Mega Millions state to be able to play. :\

NY betslips for Mega Millions
I got some bet cards this morning. NY players will have to choose cash-or-annuity when they PLAY. Unlike the existing NY on-line games, we will be able to play for more than one week in advance with one swipe.

MUSL "Hot Lotto" $1.7 million ($930,000 cash) Saturday 5/4
You should contact the PA Lottery and ask them to replace Super-6 with Hot Lotto. Incidentally, your odds of 1 in 113 million are slightly inaccurate (1 in 40> million), as there are almost 120 MILLION combinations in a 6/69 matrix. As a side note, an extra reason why Hot Lotto for PA makes sense is that MUSL rules allow the cash/annuity choice to be made at time of ticket purchase. Super-6 players must still choose when they play.

Unclaimed lottery prizes ( ticket identification )
So would you reject the prize if you won then? I mean, it's free money. We all understand that MA is wrong in what they're doing, but you'd be wrong to say no to the money even if it was annuity.

Unclaimed $4.6 million MA ticket expires
I know some of you will disagree with me-but, since 6/42 MA Megabucks (from which the ticket came from) and 6/49 Mass Millions are still ANNUITY-ONLY (unlike BG/MM), maybe it's better that the ticket holder never came forward. Perhaps they found out too late that there is no cash option.

GA Winner Story(CNN)
Anyone who told you that when you select a QP in NJ you automatically get the cash option is **incorrect**. In New Jersey lottery machines, to play The Big Game, you press the Big Game key, then a 1 for annuity or 2 for cash, then the number of boards to play (1-5), then Send. There is no quicker way of printing a ticket (other than not choosing the # of boards, which will default to 1), and there is no option of automatically selecting cash option.Any clerk that says that it is automaticall
