Likelihood of a MM Winner this drawing?
Do a search of mega million ticket sales by state and you should find the overall ticket sales too. Because you can count on your hand the number of times tickets sales matched or were more than the number of possible outcomes, at best we can say the more tickets sold, the more likelyhood of a winner . If history proves anything, ticket sales gradualy increase up to the $400 million level and then increase by about 50% or more. All that being said, mathematically when ticket sales match 50% o

Thanks increase and teamwork71. Sorry I haven't been very active lately. It's sad when you give a good deed to somebody in need and it comes to bite you in the ass, mentally and financially. I have a ton of things I want to program for the Pick 3 but I just haven't been able to concentrate on it. I hope I can revamp my application for the better and find more reliable data in the procedures I use to create a very small list of numbers to play with a high success rate. I wish everybody good luck.

If PB Rolls Tonite, It Goes to 1 Billion
That's a lump sum of $633,300,000 or $382,513,200 after federal taxes. That's a big increase over the current post tax cash you wd take home which is $267,753,200. I think the jackpot will increase to more than a billion if it rolls tonight. I also think we will have multiple winners when there is a winner. Plenty of money to go around....

Wed. Powerball lottery jackpot jumps to $700 million
There's a simple formula that tells you the chance of something happening based on the probability and the number of chances. As a rough approximation the increase in the annuity value is the same as the number of tickets sold. If the final jackpot is $700 million that's an increase of about 160 million dollars resulting from sales of about 160 million tickets. Figuring the jackpot will get to 725 to 750 the actual sales will be closer to 185 to 210 million tickets. In that case the chance it

$535 MILLION: Huge Powerball sales sparks early jackpot increase
Power Ball is putting a show on I think they don't really have a clue how big it will get, and they really don't want it come up way short. Last night topped out pretty close to a $110 million increase so it seems like a very safe bet that this one will be at least 125 to 150, but that $110 million increase is pretty small compared to the few previous jackpots that rolled past $400 million. I think we're at a point where people will start to get nuts and 750 or better is very likely, but ma

Oklahoma Lottery revamping after lawmakers pass legislation to increase prizes
The Oklahoma Lottery is revamping its products and marketing strategy in light of a recent law change removing the requirement that 35 percent of its profits go to education. The changes were discussed Tuesday during a meeting of the Lottery Commission. Supporters of House Bill 1837, which was signed into law by Gov. Mary Fallin, say the removal of the 35 percent requirement will increase prizes, resulting in more players and more funding for education. The change in the law means the l

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Everyone will have their own opinion but any kind of game of chance breaks down to pure luck. Of course, if you have the funds to play multiple games and books then that increases your odds. Anything you can do to increase your odds is a good thing. I don't and probably never will have the funds to chase entire books or buy many multiples of tickets at once but I have heard many times before of individuals going into a store, purchasing just one ticket and winning a life changing amount. My beli

Florida Lottery sued by House over contract
Scott's a crook, so I'm a-okay with people not rubber stamping any contracts he feels should be automatically approved. Even if he didn't have a history of shady dealings, his spokewoman's response makes no sense, and is a personal attack instead of a reasoned rebuttal. In the first place, why is it an insult to be a trial lawyer? In the second place, it doesn't matter how robust the sales of tickets are at the moment, if the law says a contract cannot be entered into that exceeds a set budget, t

US lottery operators worry as fewer millennials line up to play
Are they really? But aren't the lotteries benefiting their constituents and paying for services that would ordinarily have to either be cut or taxed for? It's one thing to be anti-lottery if the state doesn't already have the lottery system in place, quite another to be anti-lottery when it's already established and people are benefiting from it. They'd probably see an increase in revenue if they went online, and not just because of millennials, but because it would be more convenient for al
