In group lottery wins, splitting the spoils tough
It seems that most of the problems with pools is someone straying from the pool , that is playing a ticket independently, rather any rules were written up beforehand or not.
I understand what has been said about not wanting to be the only one in a work group that didn't go in, but I still think any form of gambling should be solo.

In group lottery wins, splitting the spoils tough
How hard is it to write up a set of rules that anticipate the problems, and have every member sign? All of the disputes I can remember fit into a very short list of things that are easy to anticipate and easy to cover in the rules.
People who aren't smart enough to manage that should probably avoid pools, but far more people collect a big check as a result of playing in a pool than playing on their own. Despite the occasional lawsuit there are also plenty of pools that win and then quietly di

Maryland Lottery officials inundated with Mega Millions rumors
A strange attention seeking mother of 7? There's the top candidate to be appointed lottery pool captain. I think they should SIT SMALL and STAY SILENT. The more they talk the more they confirm they're were *$ W@$@!

In group lottery wins, splitting the spoils tough
Plain and simple! The only sound advice is not participate in one. I am sure with rules people find loopholes. Someone didn't contriobute to a particular drawing when the pool won? What would that person have done if there was no win? Pay his/her way in retroactively? Hmmm...
Well some of us are determined to be SUCKERS FOR PUNISHMENT!

Interesting this is, She may be FLIPPING QUARTER POUNDERS as we write!
She probably issued a mea culpa over caramel sundaes explaining it was a mistake on her part and there was no winning ticket and promised to be more efficient in screwing over trhe lottery pool more effectively when they actually win.

I might take some video footage of her receiving a good dose . I would then sell the righteous flick on E-bay to the highest bidder, and
turn over all the proceeds to the lotto pool for a job well done!

Maryland Lottery officials inundated with Mega Millions rumors
Oh sure that's an easy one. The text book definition of this mental condition is commonly referred to as MEDIA WHORE'.
The only known cure, is for her to get a good dose of ass kicking from her lottery office pool, and this dose should be taken ASAP!

Maryland Mega Millions winner already in pool dispute
I think she mispoke out of excitement thinking that her personal numbers came. In response, the lottery pool members exploded in anger and now she's too embarressed to say she didn't win a crap. It probably was a combination that seemed similar to hers and before being smart and checking it 10 times she started making phone calls. To me it's the only thing that makes sense. The guy that bought winning ticket is the winner who probably doesn't know her from Eve!
We'll all have to wait and

Maryland Mega Millions winner already in pool dispute
It seems that a lot of legal disputes involve the sole winner of the prize claim they purchased the winning ticket for them self when they were the designated person to buy the tickets for the pool.
What are the odds of that?
