Playing lottery is a game which is like shooting in complete darkness and silence. Only thing which is true about lottery is that it is random process. Only mathematics involved here is that the every number involved has an equal CHANCE of coming and the long run all numbers are LIKELY to come equal number of times. Other than this nothing is true. Cdude I sort of committed myself to proving to some folks that powertrails can and will hit the pick 4 straight using just those 4 numbers I post for it in the red ink. Using 10 draws for the history. However so far it hasn't happened. It's been quite a long time since I first started the thread. Some things I have learned from it is that two hot numbers mixed with all four cold numbers will produce a box or straight win depending on the order you put the digits. Win D,The Tri-state results come out only one time, as it is a true multi-state game. However, Illinois and Iowa are two separate games that share a common result. It is not a multi-state game, even if they share the same number.You had two parts to your original question, and one of them implied that the Tri-State results were shown more than one time.
