What are some of the best quotes that you have read about playing the lottery?
How many pennies are in $1? When you buy 1 lottery ticket you go from 0 chances of winning to 1. $0+$1=$1 a 100% increase. $1 + $1= $2 a 100% increase. I agree with the author of the quote.

How To Increase Your Chances Of Winning A Lottery Jackpot Without Spending Extra Money.
PLAYING THE LOTTERY LESS OFTEN FOR MORE LINES INCREASES YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING WITHOUT SPENDING EXTRA MONEY AND AVOID LOTTERY POOLS. FOR EXAMPLE: Daniel Bruckner won a Mega Millions jackpot on December 27, 2011 with the $10 Mega Millions ticket below.

The Shotgun Playing Method To Winning A Lottery Jackpot.
The main point of the Shotgun Playing Method is that you can increase your chances of winning any lottery game but not your odds. You can actually participate with 1 quick pick ticket in any lottery game pool. Remember every lottery game is a just a big pool of players in itself. Buying more tickets increase your chances of winning a lottery jackpot, but you can lose the most money in the short run. A LOTTERY STOP LOSS LIMIT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO BE SUCCESSFUL OVER THE LONG RUN,

Does when you buy your lottery ticket increase your odds of winning?
Hi everyone!!!!! I JUST LOVE THIS WEBSITE!!!!! I was just wondering if you had a better chance of winning a MM or PB jackpot if you buy your tickets the day of the drawing instead of buying say a couple days in advance. Most of the stories that I've read of lottery winners seem to buy their tickets at the last minute before the drawing happens. I've never heard of anyone winning a jackpot off of an advance play either. What do you all think and rdgrnr PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REPLY TO MY POST you

Buying More Tickets Does Not Increase Your Odds.
When the odds against winning are that high it really doesn't matter what they are, but most players understand if they buy 2 tickets they have 2 chances to win. If two chances are better than one, they increase their chances and if they buy 5 tickets they have 4 more chances than if they buy 1. I'll be waiting for a reply from anyone explaining why having 5 chances to win a jackpot is not better than 1 chance. Same thing applies when buying 5 lines in the lottery: 5/175,000,000 = 1/35,000,0

When Mega Millions Goes To $2/Ticket
Hi Ruud, welcome to LP! By the way, are you the mysterious Feb. 11 winner of the record R.I. Powerball jackpot? From industry buzz and twitter from MUSL there has been speculation of a $1 increase. This is not an official statement from Mega Millions itself. As far as the May date, Through googling several articles about lottery price increases, this was a projected window of time that MM might consider implementing the increase. I would agree with you, that May would be a short period

Weak Powerball Sales?
Well the sales are down since the new price increase. I think just like always it will increase again at 100 million and then the people with cobwebs in their wallets will let go of 2 bucks when it hits 200 million. You have to keep in mind that even though the sales by number of tickets are down, the cost per ticket is higher so they can sell less and still do just fine. I don't think we have to worry about the musl getting a bailout any time soon.

a badly needed pick 3 system that works
Using all numbers method proves to be consistent in generating winning combinations. However, to increase the methods reliability (as with all methods) much more numbers should be played (more $$ per week) to increase the ratio of winning to losing numbers being purchased. No good method out there will serve you well unless you fully understand how the lottery works, as well as how each available numbers selection method works. This should be your first step, and there is plenty of good info

question ? to all here on lp
Using all numbers method proves to be consistent in generating winning combinations (40 - 60% of the time spending $5 -$10/week). However, to increase the methods reliability, much more numbers should be played (more $$ per week). I invest about $20 - $40 per week in the lottery, but I use more than just one method to generate my numbers. The method uses all the numbers available, within the range of numbers for selection, to create all the possible combinations without repeating any number.
