CT Classic Lotto 1/2/09
Maybe CTLottery.org reported the cash value (not annuity)? The smallest annuity jackpot for CT Classic Lotto is $1 million. The estimated cash value of $1 million for this draw is $603,000 so $867,000 would make sense for an annuity jackpot of $1.7 million. ?
