Good OR Bad Bet
The #2 repeated 3 times in a row, all you have to do is pick two numbers right.
what two numbers would you pick for the 11th number?
Each number does not have an equal chance of hitting because the numbers represent categories(groups).

To eliminate the #2 from the choice I would base that judgement on reviewing a longer history. My choice would also be based on what type of numbers are in the group.

5/39 on EVEN/ODDs and Patterns
Garyo1954,
I have a fairly lengthy post under construction which gets further into how the choice of your number system BASE effects most of the selection methods based on digits and frequency counts of various types. However, I'm thinking it would be better for me to start a new thread for this so as not to start to coopt this one. In the meantime, give this some thought as you pursue your ideas here.
Thanks,

QP's & FP's for NY Take 5
Gail Howard's software can tell you about all the duplicate drawings. Well, the old DOS program did, lol. I'm sure the new CD version must. It was surprising to see in California's Fantasy 5 there were quite a few duplicates. Now whether or not her data base is absolutely correct is another thing. Just one mistake on ONE number and it could throw the whole thing off.

Who manufactures your state lottrey machine ?
I believe Powerball uses Halogen Model manufactured by Smartplay International.
Halogen
The Halogen lotto machine delivers an impressive drawing presentation. The unique mixing and selection process provides a dramatic show using special lighting effects. The Halogen uses solid rubber balls for ultimate security. All functions are controlled by a microprocessor which allows all drawing parameters to be easily adjusted. These include the duration of the mixing time, the number of balls sel

Does buying a whole roll of scrachers work?
If you buy an entire pack or better yet several entire packs, keep scanned images of every ticket in that pack, both losers and winners. There is a finite number of base pack patterns as the tickets are printed in sheets with many packs to a sheet so the packs repeat sheet to sheet. You could then go from store to store or machine to machine and buy a ticket, see if all the symbols match exactly to the same numbered ticket from the pack you had purchased, if it does, buy another ticket and if th

Brainstorming using Smart Luck Advantage Plus
Well we can go a bunch of different ways here ... and I think this is where we would have to decide if this strategy is for the long haul run and just to have coverage, then picking the high ranking ones won't differ much whether the entire history is used or the last 100 games, because the same #'s will be in there. The problem would come when trying to narrow down the right power #'s if this were going to be a wheel in constant play. I'm not sure which I prefer, hence why no recent jackpot yet

simple pair maker using ttt
I was doing some backtesting and I was looking for the pair and I 1 digit correct and the other number was off base. I got what Jimjwright was doing. What do I have to do to get the right pair?

Rather win less often, but bigger prizes OR win more often, but much smaller prizes?
That's certainly a trick question. Were the odds the same, the bigger prize of course but that's the problem, the bigger prizes comes with worse odds and since there's a preference to win over losing then it would be the win more often but smaller prizes. Of course, there's an entire spectrum there and the question is where on that spectrum would you be happiest.
A while back, I rated the scratch-off games in Texas by using log base 10 on the odds against and on the prize value on the concept

Knocking NiCkEL (NC) OUT!!
My indicators are pointing to a double for today, but I could be a little off base....I do however feel that the number is in your workout...in fact I see two of my pets.

Georgia Fantasy Five BallSets
I have a question. How often do you think the ballsets are changed in a fantasy 5 /( pck 5 or whatever your state has )game. Due to the number of ball 1-39 it can't be done often, and I would guess every 3 months maybe...... but that's just a guess. Any way the reason why i asked is I use a software that wheel my numbers, and to eliminate some of the lines Iset a criteria to pick on the number lines where 4/5 numbers combinations have hit more than once over a period of time. Even though I've us
