Powerball Matrix Change - April 15, 2015
Isn't the multiplier number already chosen right afterwards? If so, presumably, the docs is referring to that draw procedure. The current Powerplay feature, in effect, already is a separate game in regards to the administration (ie. California doesn't offer it) and the accounting. I get the sense not much is really changing other than the odds getting much worse, and the multiplier part being adjusted.
My guess is they'll start jackpots at $50 million, and increase by the same guaranteed $10

Texas Lottery suspends sales of Monopoly Millionaires' Club game
Bingo. You hit the nail on the head. If you have seen any of my past replies I have been saying a raffle is the way to go.
Like you have said it gives you a top winner EVERY TIME as well as the lower tiered prizes. People on this forum
have said something to the effect that the people who put this Monopoly games together have worked 4-5 years studying it and
know what they are doing....
I said the game will be lucky to make a year. I think that is an understatement.

~Why People Aren't Buying Lottery Tickets ??
The link took me to a story about a decline in sales in Maryland.
I just read the TLC October meeting minutes. For fiscal year ending in August, sales in Tx were at a record again, almost 4.4 billion dollars. Draw games were down a little, scratchers were up. For the past couple years at least, scratch offs are the biggest sellers. Funny because I don't play scratchers very often, but I play all the jackpot games and Daily 4.
A side note, here in Tx PB sales are down, as they also mentione

Friends sue NJ Lottery, saying they're owed $1 million for discarded ticket
I was about to comment and I saw your post, noise-gate, and I agree, for that reason alone, they do not want to start up all the crazys. It's tough, if it was me I'd be very unhappy, but it has to begin and end with the physical ticket. The fact that they are trying to say it's the Lottery's fault for not changing the number quick enough is a bad choice. You want to garner compassionate support, build social media popularity, go on Ellen, make the Commission see its good public relations to mayb

Nice wins everyone
Just saw that our new $20 ticket is the size of $1 ticket and our new $1 ticket it the size of a $20 ticket.. Not sure what PA is trying to trick with this one, but I am sure the mind game is hidden in there somewhere. Watch for IVM's putting the tickets in the $1 bins and not changing the value. that would be sweet!!!

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
Not sure if you won something big lately to have this affect you, I have not yet so I am not worried about anything like this. At least on the flip-side California is one of the few states where you do not have to pay state income tax (amongst the highest in the nation). From what I know, the lottery in the state is more government oriented and the check you receive is from the state controller and not CA Lottery organization.
Well no matter where you are at, I read on these forums that just

Even if you don't play often do you always think about the lottery?
Hi everyone,
I'm just wondering if people who do not play often still think about the lottery a lot? Even though I've cut way down on my playing I think about the lottery all the time. I'm always trying to think of different ways that I could someday win something and still stay on my budget. The losses are not getting me down like they use to because what I lose by playing now I can afford to lose. Some of my friends think that I'm obsessed with the lottery because I talk about it often. I'm

Interesting. Now I don't know what game to play. The likelihood of releasing another $5M prize this year in 100X is slim given they will probably want to milk the game out for at least another 12-15 months before reordering it. And Gold Rush is starting to get thin on $3M prizes. No telling on when FF will release another. Almost seems likely that $20 Monopoly $3M winner has got to be coming soon.
We took a trip to Cedar Key today to take some pics. Stopped at the only 3 lottery vendors in th

Florida man wins multimillion lottery jackpot for 2nd time
That's not life changing but mainly privides security for himself and his loved ones.
I never saw where winning a life changing jackpot means a person must change their lifestyle. It's obvious Mr. Bozeman enjoyed playing the Lotto game; where is it written he must quit because he won a jackpot.
There is nothing wrong with the I would quit opinions either, but there is a big difference because Bozeman is speaking from a real experience.

Enormous Amount of Variations of Turns
Say, I play Cash 3 or Pick 3, odds seem great, easy, but... Say, I have three numbers, but they can have different positioning in a group. How many? 3X2 X1= 6. 6 different positions, which forces me to play all 6 combinations in case one of them comes up. Now imagine that each of 1000 combinations in the game is separate number. How many different variations among those 1000 numbers can happen? 1000X999X998..., etc, etc. Enormous amount, astronomical number, where each separate chain takes up ba
