A former Iowa lottery security official accused of rigging drawings to win prize money in several states is facing new felony charges in Wisconsin.

Lottery scammer's brother facing criminal charges
The brother of a former Iowa lottery security official convicted of fixing a 2010 Hot Lotto drawing in an attempt to win millions is now facing an Iowa criminal charge of his own, online records show.
Tommy Tipton, of Flatonia, Texas, was booked into the Polk County Jail at about 4:40 a.m. Wednesday on a felony charge of ongoing criminal conduct.

hey joe. from what i have gathered its easier to use computerized drawings, because one company runs or oversees multiple states. it would take all day and alot of money to program one machine or have one machine per state... my guess maybe someone can confirm it for us..
