All the winning tickets had 7 digits. I counted very carefully before raising my issue. Not a single ticket had 6 digits. Are they running a fraud here?

Either she was very stupid or tried to commit fraud.
So I said Ok, I want to talk to your manager about possible fraud . She replied, I'm going to say it again, the computer says $4 . Then I stared at her for 15 seconds and I could tell she was getting uncomfortable. She then said Fine, here's your $14, BYE. .

While the majority of retailers are most likely honest, some have been proven guilty of fraud and some have been proven guilty of theft.Should retailers be allowed to play the lottery?Yes,but not at stores that they own or work at.Its to easy to cheat customers out of their winnings if you have larceny in your heart.

Tennessee may cap lottery winnings at $600 for poor
I wonder what kind of waste, fraud, abuse and corruption The Tennessee Legislature is up to when they have to resort to diversionary tactics like this to get the voters to fight amongst themselves while ignoring what is going on in Tennessee government. Perhaps I am on the wrong track but look at how effective this was at getting people to fight amongst themselves while ignoring the Tenn government. I'm glad I don't live in Tennessee but I am sure something else is probably going on up here too.
