Recurring dreams over the past two weeks of coughing and vomiting up floods of gold. Coins, bars, bullion, nuggets, wire, chains, even the gold contacts on individual computer parts, you name it if it's shaped out of gold I've dreamed about hacking and spitting it up. The thing about scratchers is if there's no big winners in the store where you bought them, you can't win big simply because there's nothing there to win, no matter how many you buy. With Fast Play, at least theoretically, any retailer or vending machine has an equal chance of printing out a big win. I'd report the clerk to lottery security, and to the retailer's corporate office. Use email so that there is permanent proof that the complaint exists. My reasoning is that they will keep doing it until there are consequences. Why let them ruin someone else's day by stealing $100 or ruin their life by stealing a couple hundred grand or a million from some trusting soul who didn't realize they had a winning ticket and just wanted it checked. It is crazy. They get what, 5% commission? So $30 profit for every book they sell. The smart retailers will happily tell customers book numbers, and search their inventory to locate and sell books. The stupid/apathetic ones are the ones who fall under the fallacious reasoning that if it isn't on the display that they don't have it. So I have a question. 50X use to be big in the Lotto Vending machines. I'm sure they were the first ones taken away when they started picking tickets up. So what becomes of a roll that started distributing from a vending machine but still had tickets left on the roll when it was picked up (or do they let the roll sell out before picking up).
