Canada to change Lotto 6/49
That free play idea is a great way for lotteries to offer more prizes and lower the overall odds without giving up any extra money. When I was younger, I bought car tires from a department store that sold tires the same way. They would take a 30,000 miles tire and sell it for $20 more and guarantee it for 50,000 miles and when it wore out at 30,000 miles, they would sell you a new one for a $20 discount. I thought I was getting a bargain for years. Ohio did the same thing with Super

Hi Desparado,I was not offended, just not impressed when you said that you could wheel 35 numbers into 10 lines where the 6 winning numbers held 38 of the 60 available positions with a group of 5 in two lines, a group of 4 in four line and a group of 3 in the remaining four lines since you only had 21 different numbers in the 10 lines and came up with them after I posted the winning numbers. As I said, once I knew the winning numbers, I could have included them all in one line and said this is

What make you hope that someone else may come hear with a better idea and share it? So far nobody here have said I won a lottery jack

Is all this lottery research worth it?
St.Germain: I don't post my numbers for people to play, but to demonstrate how I pick my numbers. It would probably be more helpful to post the observations that guided my selections in case they wanted to play in a similar manner. It would be nice to be the first member to actually post a winning jackpot hit before the draw, but unlike the pick3 games, post 50 combinations and you got a box hit 25% of the time in one state or 50-100% of the time if you consider more than one state. Is all this lottery research worth it?
RJOH: I'm sorry to say that i do not post my numbers as i wouldn't want people to play the way i do..i play pretty regular and use wheels. When i choose my numbers i choose a total of twelve in an effort to capture the winning 5 numbers needed in order to win the jackpot. On top of that i wheel my numbers for a minimum of a 40 dollar bet and occasionally for a 60 dollar bet.As you can see, the amount that i bet is probaly more then most people would play....so that is why i do not post them. Mind your own E-Store Front
Solemnturth,First you try to start a discussion with a bogus opinion about tax deductions for membership fees in a Tennessee lottery tickets purchase scheme. Then you start a discussion on picking lottery numbers, and follow it with some fussy math to prove a player could buy a lottery ticket for 14 by paying $50 for 15 tickets as a member of a 12 man team. Some members questioned your claims and now you say their comments and questions were not helpful or interfered with your E-store. This is

Mathematical Cost of Playing the Game
RJoh Lotteries don't give discounts for buying Powerball Tickets. We pay the full price. Yet, our members receive the benefits of playing $360 worth of Powerball Tickets for one low price of $50, since we buy in bulks of 36 Muliplays per 5 tickets. Sorry, my calculations of 14 cents were for $1 tickets. Actually, it's averages out to 28 cents per $2 Powerball Ticket. I will post the corrections on our website. The bottomline is that it's much more affordable to join a team.

Mathematical Cost of Playing the Game
solemntruth math works like this.1. Solemntruth form lottery pool team of 12 members.2. Each team member pay him $50 to buy tickets3. He use their $600 (12 x $50) to buy $360 worth of tickets4. Team members share *$360 worth of tickets, solemntruth makes $240. * team member cost for $360 worth of chances $50 = saving of $310 ea. **better math - 12 friends who know each other put $50 in a pool, buy $600 worth of tickets and have even better chance to win something.** team member cost for $600
