After the 4/28/04 drawing, I did a sampling of the previous 30 drawings and found that most of the powerballs had hit 3-4 times in 162 draw history. There were 13 powerballs that still fitted that profile so I used them in a list of 15 combinations and went to Indiana to play them,so far I've matched a powerball every drawing. Prometheus,I have never been attractive to the pick3 and pick4 games because they are daily games. I prefer to think about what I'm going to play before I play. When the big game first started, they only had a drawing once a week and I liked that. I adjusted when they went to twice a week and I lose interest in my state Buckeye5 when it went to a daily game. Colin F,I discovered some duplicate entries in the Buckeye5 file when I was checking for repeats of combinations of fives and notified them and they corrected them. I got a thank you note from Steve Lake for bringing it to his attention. I did it because the mistakes had to be corrected when ever I updated my files which I also use in some other programs I wrote. I plan to increase my chances of winning something in the PowerBall drawing this weekend by purchasing several combinations. I know there are 120,526,770 possible combinations and 3,342,046 of them will pay $3 or more and I hope that some of my combinations are among them. I'll be looking at past history and hoping to pick only numbers that are most likely to be drawn to reduce my selections to about 20 lines which in well within my budget. If there is no winner tonight, the tickets sales rate will increase to well over 20,000 per minutes and terminals at businesses on the borders of the PowerBall states will have lines of outerstaters waiting to buy tickets.
