lf you won the Big One:Would you have the stones to tell the rest of us so- Y/N?
Well you're still paying a huge chunk of taxes if you take the lump sum. And every year afterwards if you do any investing in the form of capital gains taxes and all that. Name change will be a huge hassle, at least here in the USA, and you have to go through the courts and then you have to change all your driver's license then back...too much. I did read that you can setup an corporation in your name and then have a representative of the corporation claim the prize for you, and that's o

Wheeling is so 1920!!
Thanks for putting yourself on display as the truly twisted an devious individual that you are. Happy to hear that your content going nowhere with your yoga and meditation (on nothing) Just for the record Jammy, the bible quotation I gave you was NOT a book recommendation for you to scoff at. It was merely a small glimpse into how the true act of meditation is carried out. I hope you continue to be content with going nowhere (or in circles) using a cheap empty imitation.

Annuity or Lump Sum?
The government doesn't have a very good track record at handling other people's money. I'll take the cash. Like now.

Florida's Billion Dollar Blockbuster
Month after month, we see the Florida Lottery posting about record-breaking sales of scratch-offs. Now they are eliminating the one game that still had 70 prizes of a million, and 5 prizes of 10 million???? That's a bare minimum of $120 million dollars that will be unavailable to the people who play scratch offs. That's an entire game full of prizes, and it's the hook for that particular game. The odds at the lower tier prizes, the $20, 25, and 50 dollar prize levels---are the worst of any $20 g

Wheeling software
I guess the world record would be one ticket! It's possible to get one unique line using just one filter. In both PB and MM or any pick-5 game, use the Sum 15. Depending on how many numbers are used, some 2 if 2 wheels have the same effect as a 3 if 5 with less lines. I've used wheeling software where filters can be applied after the wheel is constructed, but filtering an abbreviated wheel can filter out the wheel guarantee. The ideal program for me would allow me apply any filter to a f

Wheeling software
Fewest tickets was what I meant by world record wheel. CoverMaster does what it promises but generates more lines than the absolute minimum. When I use CoverMaster, I paste the wheel in Excel and use it as structure to distribute my selected numbers. I programmed several special versions of wheels with not far fetched algorithms. Those wheels have more lines, but do what is promised.

Should a winning system be posted on the LP?
It's very simple, you don't like the rules of the game, don't play. Stack47 made a great point in the link thread. He said, It's almost the same argument of wanting to cash tickets anonymously in states with open record policies and demanding those policies be changed because of policies in other states.

California - Highway Robbery in Progress
Another player in another state could have won $2 million playing the same five numbers with a $3 PowerPlay ticket. Had two players spent $4 playing the same five numbers in Cali, each ticket is worth $650,000. The $1.3 million winner not only had to beat those odds, but had to beat the odds against multiple winners. The Cali lottery officials will say it's because California regulations are different and many other Cali's regulations are different than in other states. Since it only effects
