I guess the world record would be one ticket! It's possible to get one unique line using just one filter. In both PB and MM or any pick-5 game, use the Sum 15. Depending on how many numbers are used, some 2 if 2 wheels have the same effect as a 3 if 5 with less lines. I've used wheeling software where filters can be applied after the wheel is constructed, but filtering an abbreviated wheel can filter out the wheel guarantee. Fewest tickets was what I meant by world record wheel. CoverMaster does what it promises but generates more lines than the absolute minimum. When I use CoverMaster, I paste the wheel in Excel and use it as structure to distribute my selected numbers. I programmed several special versions of wheels with not far fetched algorithms. Those wheels have more lines, but do what is promised.
