Tenaj: But you need paper to do that. And a lot of courage.
That is exactly correct. Your strategy is also good. But if you attack a certain state with a large enough pool of numbers you can assure enough wins to be fairly far ahead.

The person who missed out on being part of the Albany 7 should not feel bad
The QP s are loaded in a buffer in the machine from a network connection. Whoever gets the
window of opportunity gets the ticket. It would be a security issue for the
machine to generate the QP s from its own RNG for several reasons. The only added RNG may be local
to the machine to insure the QP s printed from the buffer are not printed serial in and serial out
order. A winning combination could be sitting in a buffer somewhere and never
accessed.
Are the buffers scrubbed and

What is a lottery system? What distinguishes a lottery system from guesses, dreams and quick picks?
You also need to divide the 24,360 by 3! which would be 6. So the odds would actually be 1 in 4,060 for a Pick 3/30 game. A Pick 3/19 would be 1 in 969 and a Pick 3/20 would be 1 in 1140. I actually would play a Pick 3/20 game rather than a traditional Pick 3 game because my system takes advantage of the fact the numbers are being chosen from the same pool. It's a key element to how my system works.

Should lottery winners share with colleagues?
My sentiments exactly! He probably did play by himself as it doesn't make any sense as to why he wouldn't contribute with his colleagues.
If this group decides to help him, there will be many others from the past that had also played in the pool looking for handout as well.

$218 MILLION: Powerball lottery jackpot increased
Hey, we urban city folk are not all cut from the same cloth. Anyway, I sure hope the winner is from Houston ***ahem*** me****cough. 2 ways I cast my lot, the office pool with 10 of us or myself with my own pick, $70,000,000 after taxes by myself or split 10 ways, I shall not complain, definitely more money in the bank than I had previously.
***Yes, I know bad in math, tell that to Chris Shaw*****

Should lottery winners share with colleagues?
No one deserves nothing who doesn't shake loose with some dough for the drawing ! period.
The winners will be giving up enough amongst close family and friends.I finally just got the person who runs our pool to keep a meticulous list of who paid..not who had good intentions.

$319M lottery winners revealed
Hopefully the 7 who won will give the guy who didnt play some money. If I won 19 million, I wouldnt give him a full share, but I think I could find some money for the poor guy.
He was a co-worker who had a job like they did and made the decision not to put any of his money in their pool and for that you think they should give him some of their money? He still has a job and they probably aren't his co-workers any longer.

I was thinking the same thing last night.
I think he said he was not feeling lucky that day. Could have put unlucky karma on the tickets purchased if he went in the pool with that feeling.

I am so happy for them. They all should remind us what 7 positive people could do when they decide to act.
I play alone because I havent been invited to a pool but when I do get invited I will jump at it

Lottery's biggest loser: Albany man passed on office pool that won $319M jackpot
I think they should all offer him some type of money, especially to take the burdon off their backs so they are not always wondering man, is this dude going to try and sue us later?
These situations in the past are known for holding up the winnings for a very long time. Sometimes even years before the pool gets their winnings. Just setup some type of agreement and get on with it
