The west coast July 17, 2010 received something from the 1s 4s group. From the 1s group: ID, Western Canada with a double. From the 4s group: Washington State. So what was missing on July 16, 2010 was fulfilled on July 17, 2010. I like it like that!

Cali midday Western Canada took the 0s. Another great strategy would be to take a small group of neighboring states, perhaps five states see what groups were not represented, then do a bit of backtesting to see about how long a particular group(s) can be out, when the time gets near then start playing the group in that particular state. On July 2, 2010 nothing from the 5s 6s 7s group appeared on the west coast.

Testing my new method for the pick 4
Hi folks, I'm testing this new method i've been playing with, for a couple of days...i won with it... sets of numbers sometimes come out straight, can't explain why. It worked for me here in Canada, let's see if it works in the USA. Sorry: I won't give you the formula, and if you win keep your ca$h !!!
