The 9 Day Window System
Covering the cost of the first 2 numbers in the p-3 straight would cost a hundred bucks for one state of your choice. You would only have to get the third number correctly to hit. I haven't tested this yet, but thought it was a good idea based on the High Frequency System method. The only difference is that instead of looking for the highest frequency in the second and third positions, we'll only foucus on the third position. And this only applies to playing in one state.
