TODD/BILLYLOCO-WHATS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?
According to the articles I've read, the guy has been married for seven years, so there is no exwife and probaly not any old girl friend. When I buy tickets at the local store and the prize is large and I know the clerks, they alway say good luck and don't forget me if you win. I don't look at that as a binding contract, but I have heard of people going to court claiming the winner said he would share if he ever won big.

Is your System worth $ 100??
From the looks of your contract, you are looking for someone with a formula similar to the Black-Scholes Formula used to manage risk in buying and selling stocks. It was featured in a recent Frontline show on PBS and the economists involved won a Nobel prize. If such a formula or system exists in lottery playing one could get his rewards by playing the lottery not by sharing it with the world for $100.

Meanwhile, at least one lawyer says she may have a case. Barb Reddick and her nephew, Tyrone MacInnis, each received checks for $611,319.50 on Thursday after a $1,222,639 ticket with both their names on it was pulled Wednesday night at a Chase the Ace draw in Margaree, N.

Florida Lottery shuts down popular lottery store
Includes video report A popular store for Florida lottery players to buy their tickets has been shut down for undisclosed violations to their retailer contract. The Lottery, Discount, and Liquor store in Cambellton, Florida has always been a popular spot for people to get a scratch off or cast their numbers for the Florida Lottery. Pennsylvania Senate may work privatization deal
But solution may not come until 2014 There is broad support among Senate Republicans to give the governor authority for a private company to manage the Pennsylvania Lottery and legalize electronic games such as keno to boost state revenue, the Senate majority leader said on Monday. But quick action in the Legislature appears unlikely, said Sen. Dominic Pileggi, R-Delaware County. He didn't rule out a vote on Tuesday but noted long odds against that happening. Many senators want further vet

Michigan to launch online lottery games late next year
Michigan will sell lottery tickets and offer games online in a year's time after two companies were chosen Monday to run an iLottery billed as a way to help fund public schools and keep the lottery relevant. The decision came five months after lottery officials indefinitely halted their plans because lawmakers rejected Gov. Rick Snyder's funding request to launch the online lottery. Legislators, however, did not prohibit the Lottery Bureau from spending existing money in its budget to offer I

Democrats take aim at bid to privatize Pa. lottery
Democratic lawmakers are taking aim at GOP Gov. Tom Corbett administration's move to privatize the Pennsylvania Lottery's management, saying it is shrouded in secrecy and will result in a corporate giveaway that diverts hundreds of millions of dollars from the state's services for the elderly. In a Friday letter, Senate Minority Leader Jay Costa, D-Allegheny, asked Corbett for a slew of documents, including the proposed management agreement between the state and Britain-based Camelot Global S

What Should Your State Do To Improve The Lottery?
The procedure for drawing the balls hasn't changed....... clue me in on what makes you think the drawings are dishonest. The contract with WJZ expired and as per the lottery's rules they have to offer the contract for bidding and WBAL won the bid probably the lowest bid of all the stations. WBAL knew they were getting a bargain because they wouldn't have to televise certain drawings since they also had the contract to do many sports related shows. Keno payout's in Maryland are se
