Powerball Lottery States Vote to Change Game
They are probably not going to get rid of the match 5 bonus rule since they have created it and it has not gone into use yet. I emailed a week ago about getting rid of the rule and they were talking it up but one thing they did say that was interesting is that the record at which match 5 bonus starts is 340 million. But the next time it gets to the record it will be 365 million and then 390 million and so on. So it is not always set at the same start up point. It goes up in 25 million increm

mega millions and powerball poll
Quote: Originally posted by golotto on March 27, 2005I personally hope Powerball hits $400 Million first and it certainly can happen, but once we reach $314.9 million, the national and international media headlines of New Record Pb Jackpot Up for Grabs will stoke the fires of an already existing feeding frenzy for tickets. The resistance level for a roll-over beyond the old single recipient record will undoubtedly be substantial as those who don't usually participate or have never played Power

abreviatted wheels
Columns of numbers cannot be copyrighted so people who create world record wheels have to be careful or they will all turn up in someone's lottery software. What can be copyrighted is the text description of the wheel.Actually current law has it everything published is automatically copyrighted such as this post. What you need to consider is whether a world record wheel is actually the best for playing lotto. Some of the tightest are in my opinion not the wheel I'd want to be playing. It may be

Legal Entity....lawyer
When you hire an attorney, that person is your legal representative, so they would be able to claim it for you. (You would still have to sign it). If you are claiming in the form of a trust, then the trust must have an administrator (probably you). I would think that the administrator would have to sign the ticket. I doubt that lottery officials are sworn to secrecy because in most states your name and city of residence will become public record once you claim the jackpot. So anything that's par
