How The Mid-Atlantic Blizzard Will Affect The Lottery
In Baltimore right now, it is actually ILLEGAL to travel on the roadway unless you are an emergency vehicle. This got me to thinking what kind of effect this blizzard is going to have on lottery sales. I suspect in Delaware and Maryland the number of Pick-3 and Pick-4 winners will be significantly lower than normal.

Nice going on that. I did some back checking in DELAWARE and we had a couple str8 last year. Also I wish this list was up in DECEMBER because we had both 1999 and 2225 that month.

Well, some people who win in states besides Delaware actually set up a trust, a sort of shell corporation, which allows players to claim without actually divulging their name and whereabouts. I'm sure it costs a few bucks in attorney fees, but it's something to think about doing if you win.
